Skull Altar

In the desert, skeletons come in all shapes and sizes. Some are small and delicate, others large and strong. Sometimes, their remains become more innately tied to the land such as this Giant's skull. The smaller human skulls however, seem a bit less natural....could it be a warning....or even an offering???
